USDA reestablishes ag trade advisory committees The U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Office of the U.S. Trade representative will re-establish the Agricultural Policy Advisory Committee (APAC) for Trade and the six Agricultural Technical Advisory Committees (ATAC) for Trade.
