Did You Know? Since 2013, 19 states and the District of Columbia have enacted legislation that will increase or may increase overall state gas taxes. Included among the 19 states are the following with sizable soybean production: Iowa, Michigan, Nebraska, and South Dakota.
In addition, Kentucky and North Carolina altered the structure of their fuel taxes in order to limit decreasing revenues.
